Mr. Jiwan Kumar Kharka

Passed B.A.,LL.B. Examination from Sikkim Government Law College under North Bengal University and LL.M from the Bangalore University. Practiced as an Advocate since 2005 in both Civil and Criminal side in different Courts of Sikkim including High Court of Sikkim. Also had held the post of Standing Counsel of Sikkim Public Service Commission and Union Bank of India, Retainer Lawyer of Sikkim Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development Corporation (SABCCO), prior to joining Sikkim Superior Judicial Service on 12.12.2017.
